Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026. These terms apply whenever you use primewellpharmacy.net or place an order with us.

We are a pharmacy, not a marketplace

Placing an order here is a request to be supplied a medicine. It is not a completed sale. A prescription medicine reaches you only after a registered pharmacist has reviewed your prescription and approved it.

You must be 18 or over

You must be at least 18 to hold an account or place an order, and the details you give us — including your name, delivery address and prescriber details — must be accurate and your own. Ordering a prescription medicine for someone else using your account is not permitted.

Prescriptions

We cannot supply a prescription medicine without a valid prescription. You must upload a genuine, current prescription issued to you by a qualified prescriber.

Our pharmacist may refuse to dispense. That is not a technicality — it is the point of the service. Refusal happens where the prescription is unclear, expired, does not match the order, or where dispensing would not be safe. If we refuse, we will tell you why by email.

For medicines that require ongoing monitoring, the pharmacist must additionally confirm that counselling has taken place before the order can be approved.

Payment: authorized, not charged

When you place an order containing a prescription medicine, your card is authorized for the total but no money is taken. The funds are held, not captured.

Payment is taken only at the moment a pharmacist approves your prescription. If the pharmacist refuses, the authorization is released and you are not charged. Depending on your bank, a released hold can take a few working days to disappear from your statement.

Non-prescription items are charged in the ordinary way.

Prices and availability

Prices are recalculated from our own records at checkout, so the amount you are charged is always the price we hold, never a figure sent from your browser.

If an item is priced in obvious error, we may cancel the order and release any authorization rather than supply at that price. We will tell you if this happens. Stock shown on a product page can change between browsing and checkout.

This site is not medical advice

Product information on this site, including any leaflet text, is provided for reference. It does not replace advice from your prescriber or pharmacist. Never start, stop or change a prescribed medicine because of something you read here.

Where we have no sourced leaflet for a product, we say so rather than inventing one. If anything about a medicine you have received looks different from what you expected, do not take it — contact us at care@primewellpharmacy.net first.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used to obtain medicines improperly.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
