How ordering works

We are a pharmacy, not a marketplace. That means a prescription medicine cannot reach you without a pharmacist looking at it first.

  1. Choose your medicine

    Browse by condition or active ingredient, pick the strength and pack size your prescriber specified.

  2. Upload your prescription

    At checkout, prescription items ask for a photo or PDF of your prescription and your prescriber’s details.

  3. We authorize, we do not charge

    Your card is authorized for the total, but no money moves. If we cannot dispense, the hold is simply released.

  4. A pharmacist reviews it

    A named, registered pharmacist checks the prescription against your order. For medicines needing monitoring, they also confirm counselling.

  5. Approved and dispensed

    Only on approval do we capture the payment and dispatch. You are emailed at every step.

We cannot supply a prescription medicine without a valid prescription, and our pharmacist may refuse to dispense where it would not be safe. If that happens you are not charged, and we will tell you why.
